At Great Memories in Plaster, every keepsake is handcrafted and made specifically for each customer. Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed or production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost.

While refunds are not part of our standard policy, we understand that exceptional situations can arise. In rare circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may choose to offer a partial or full refund if we determine it is the fairest resolution. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and should not be considered a guarantee or standard practice.
